IMPORTANT INFORMATION Maximum authorized capacity: - For day charters: 12 passengers + crew. Up to 17 people are possible with a tender at an additional cost depending on the rental hours. For groups larger than 12 people… NOTE!! More passengers are possible upon request for larger groups, up to 20 passengers. We offer two tenders that sail and anchor together. Adverse weather conditions are those that prevent the boat from leaving the port or that prevent the excursion from being carried out safely and comfortably for our clients. Due to constantly changing weather, we cannot make a final decision until one hour before the start of the excursion. Under no circumstances can the excursion be shortened once it has begun, and this will result in a reduction of the price. If the client approves a date change but then decides to cancel, the amount paid will not be refunded. The company is not obligated to make further date changes unless due to weather conditions. If the client arrives late for their reservation time, the company is not obligated to provide extra time. However, if the client does not depart on time due to company reasons, the client will be compensated by being offered additional time.
