The boat is in perfect condition and the experience with it is great. The only thing that I would recommend to Carlos to improve if he wants his business to grow is to improve customer service: I understand that July and August are peak months, but for the price they charge they should have more staff to serve customers both in the delivery of the ship as in pickup. There was only him to do it and he seemed overwhelmed. In fact, I want to understand that the misunderstanding with the return of the deposit (If you leave it with Bizum, they will not return it to you until they check the boat a couple of hours later, when they are no longer with the client) and the "threat" of wanting to reviewing the boat more carefully due to "suspicions of possible problems when claiming the deposit" arose from his level of stress at the time of delivery of the boat, when he had to receive at least three boats at the same time. To say that he returned the full deposit despite this misunderstanding. As said, an excellent experience slightly tarnished by the strange procedure for checking the boat and returning the deposit.

We have been delighted with Carlos and Esther! The boat is very beautiful and comfortable and we were able to visit most of the turquoise coves of the island! They gave us very good indications of coves somewhat more "sheltered" since it was a day with some wind…. We would repeat without a doubt!
