All went well! Carlos is very receptive. The boat needs some renovation in the leather, but otherwise all good. As expected. The one thing I was expecting though was some ice but the boat came bare bone with nothing. Luckily I had some cooled beverage in my bag...

Amazing and really professional
Everything went exactly as planned! Carlos always responded quickly, and we had no issues. The cushions require maintenance because they get very wet and water gets in through the seams, and when you lie down, your clothes or towel get wet. But that's the only problem; everything else was great! Carlos, Martín, and Manuel were all very kind and charismatic.
The truth is an experience that I would repeat and recommend to my friends, everything worked just as planned, Carlos is very attentive and decisive, he always responds to messages quickly, I repeat, phenomenal
It was an unforgettable experience. From the very first moment, both Carlos and the entire team were very kind and attentive. If you've never ridden a boat before, no problem: first, they go out to sea with you to explain how it works and give you a short practical lesson, and then they drop you off back at the starting cove so you can continue the experience safely on your own. The rules are clear and make perfect sense; this way, you can enjoy yourself with peace of mind, taking care of both the boat and the surroundings. The deposit was immediately refunded upon returning the boat in good condition. We would definitely go back; 100% recommend it for discovering Menorca from the sea.

Carlos responded quickly to our request. On paper, everything was perfect, and then we picked up the boat. We had a major steering problem; we couldn't turn the wheel. Carlos warned us when we picked up the boat, but he shouldn't have rented this boat because it was too dangerous. The lure of profit... too bad!

Everything perfect, with very useful recommendations of what to see depending on the time you are in. We will repeat.
Bad experience and attention; Bad communication and misinformation on the part of Carlos by not telling us that that day the sea was bad in many areas of the island; which is why we had to return 4 hours earlier than planned due to health problems, and they did not refund us the amount of gasoline that we did not use. Furthermore, the boat had a damaged engine; and a person from another boat had to help us start it in a cove. I do not recommend it.
The owner gave us options to change due to the weather situation. He found us another boat for the next day. The reservation management was simple and comfortable.
Carlos was very accessible at all times to answer our questions. Even though it was a day where the wind was not very good, it was very worth it. Thanks Carlos.

Carlos responded very quickly to our request because another owner canceled our other reservation at the last moment. Then it was difficult to communicate with him because he did not respond to our messages to give us information on the meeting place and to find out if a cooler was provided. We had a good day on the boat, we were 3 adults. The boat is very simple, it doesn't go too fast. The ladder was a little broken and it was very complicated to get back on the boat after swimming.

One of the front parts fell off all the time, the screw that holds the awning we had to hold it all the way because it fell off. The engine failed a lot even one of the times when we were going to return and we had to give the starter key about ten times until it started

We had an amazing day on Carlos' boat, very very easy going; ideal for visiting the coves in the south of Menorca (difficult to access in summer and with many people at that time). Carlos explained everything to us great, he was very kind. The very spacious boat for 4 people. We will repeat if we return.
