A perfect day. Carlos is available, responsive, and punctual. The boat is exactly as advertised, with no unpleasant surprises. One of the easiest and most stress-free rentals I've ever done. You can rent a boat with Carlos with your eyes closed.

Carlos is an incredible guy! Very kind, friendly, punctual, and very attentive. We arrived to board the boat and everything was perfect, right on schedule. The boat was super clean, new, perfectly maintained, and everything worked. He gave us information about the best coves, all the boat's operations, a phone number in case of an emergency, etc. Another point that was also very positive for me was the fuel usage calculation. Using the GPS, he calculated the route and how many miles we traveled, and using the boat's approximate fuel consumption, he deducted it from the deposit. We didn't need to stop to refuel, and we took advantage of this time to enjoy the ride even more. Plus, the price per liter was cheaper than at the gas station. ? We'll definitely be renting with Carlos many more times.

We were very pleased with the service Carlos provided. The entire day was perfect, and when we returned the boat, we bumped it slightly, and Carlos calmed us down and resolved the issue very professionally.

We booked to enjoy the coves in the south of the island, but upon reviewing the weather forecast, we saw it wasn't favorable for sailing in that area. When we mentioned this to Carlos, he wasn't flexible about changing the date or boat, as we could adapt to another boat, even if it was simpler. The moment I asked him about canceling, he completely ignored me and stopped answering my messages (I had to chase him down beforehand to get him to respond). The boat is decent. Despite being new, it only had an rpm tachometer, which didn't work. I imagine it was disconnected. It's simple, with just enough for a rental boat. Gas is paid separately, and the bill is collected. At the end, he tells you the miles you've traveled and the approximate fuel consumption, which is very subjective since it can vary greatly depending on the rpm at which you sailed. In conclusion, once you book, if there are any issues, Carlos shows no empathy or offers any solutions so you can fully enjoy your boat rental.

The owner's relationship was perfect, and the boat was fantastic: clean and with a very good engine. It's a perfect option for exploring the coves of Menorca.
