Hello everyone! We're Piluca and Sito, and we welcome you aboard our vintage fleet yacht, the Dufour 35 Classic. We're based in the second largest natural harbor in the world, the Port of Mahón, and can accommodate up to 10 people (including skipper) for day charters and sleep up to 7. We have 3 spacious double cabins, a saloon with a sofa bed, a fully equipped gas galley with oven, and a full bathroom. Book now and let the Mediterranean do the rest. The Dufour 35 Classic is a J & J design with a relatively modern hull shape. The hull has a pronounced "U" in the bow third, and the lines gradually flatten towards the stern. The bulbous keel and the slim suspended rudder complete a pleasing design. The boat is built with its main bulkheads and frames laminated to the hull. The counter-moldings used—some of which are visible behind the furniture—are for the saloon and bathroom furnishings, without being essential to the overall rigidity or adding excessive weight. The 35 Classic doesn't particularly excel in any particular direction or wind speed, but it performs admirably in all conditions it might encounter upwind. The rig is practically masthead rigged, without backstays, and with two sets of slightly angled spreaders. The boat can handle up to 62 m² of sail upwind for a displacement of 4,500 kg. This is a reasonable proportion for the fast cruising purpose of this model. PER CERTIFICATE REQUIRED

We spent a wonderful day aboard the sailboat celebrating a friend's birthday. A big thank you to Piluca and our skipper.
ATTENTION! My experience was very negative. From the beginning, communication wasn't particularly good, quite terse, especially once payment had been made. But all the problems arose upon returning the boat. The boat is quite old, some parts have never been maintained, and during the rental, the hard plastic on a porthole (a small window that provides ventilation to the interior of the boat) broke due to regular use. Upon arriving at port, the owner said it was fine, but we offered to pay for it, estimating the repair would cost around €50 (the material costs around €10 per square meter, and the porthole is about 30 cm in diameter). Weeks later, they withheld €300 from the deposit and said they now believe it will cost more but would send an invoice. Two months later, when we asked the owners for the invoice, they didn't respond, until, after warning them about a lawsuit, they said the repair still cost more than €300 and that I'd better keep quiet. They came up with more excuses, but I still haven't seen an invoice.

Piluca and Sitio are excellent owners: welcoming, available, good communicators, and always ready to respond to requests. The Dufour 35 Classic sailboat is well-equipped and sails very well. We sailed as a family of four and really enjoyed it. And Menorca is an incredible island to see from the sea. A big thank you to Piluca and Sitio. See you soon.

Piluca and Sito are excellent hosts. A unique experience, visiting coves of exceptional beauty, with the possibility of using the SUP paddle and the dinghi to get closer to the coast. Sito is the best pattern you will find! Kind, close and very professional. I hope we can repeat next year!
