The boat is equipped with awning and sundeck at the bow. Starting from the port of Milazzo it will be a real pleasure to discover all the beauties of the island. Moreover, considering the small size of the boat, it will be absolutely easy to reach even the most hidden coves of the coast. Excluded from the price the cost of fuel, the cost of which is calculated based on consumption. We look forward to welcoming you on board because we're sure you won't regret it. Great trip and support throughout for self-charter!
No chargers. No Radio / Music. Skipper was super nice, spoke no English. Welcome was rude and we ran late....
In fact, the rented dinghy never left the pier: faulty engine!! Having the boat checked before it is entrusted to customers is, I think, the minimum wage you ask for! Unfortunately, no alternative was proposed, other than a dinghy of decidedly smaller dimensions (not suitable for the number of passengers) and we were not even reimbursed for the amount already paid in advance via portal Click&Boat (to which we have now turned to resolve the issue hoping for a positive outcome). Added to this is the inconvenience created, a day wasted for a group of almost 30 people and the lack of correctness of the user, from whom I am still waiting (in vain) for a written declaration in which he puts in black and white that the rental is never occurred due to a malfunction of the boat's engines.
Overall, the state of the dinghy was in line with expectations. The fact that the rental did not accept the American Express card created problems for us. Very unpleasant discussion to get the agreed checkout time with the app respected. Insufficient transparency on the fuel cost charged.
Reception problems. Dinghy ladder to be serviced. Skipper Giuseppe very experienced and excellent person. Overall a good experience and a nice day in the Aeolian Islands.

All very positive, compliant boat and all as provided. Only note as a starting point for improvement: for those like me who are not local, providing some indication, map or info on nearby places to see could be useful and a good service. In any case, excellent experience, boat in excellent condition and friendly and sociable people
