Boat rental in Moniga del Garda · Sea Ray — Sea Ray 185 (4.3l) Sport (2010)

Rented the following boat from this company via Click&Boat: Motorboat Sea Ray 185 (4.3l) Sport 225hp. At the beginning and the contact via Click&Boat it all seemed nice. On the day of the rental we arrive at the boat for check-in and it is already a different boat than shown in the real photos, but that's okay. Did a check round with an employee and the first thing was that a window was missing, we were not given a dead man's cord, the reason being that it did not work anyway.. Also don't expect a boat in top condition because it remains a boat rental. Well, we go sailing for a beautiful day on Lake Garda and before we get to the other side, the box on the passenger side comes loose... by the way, I immediately took pictures of it! Fenders were placed underneath so that it would not "break" further. After about 1.5 hours we wanted to set up/unfold the sundeck, it was standing but the mounting soon failed... let's see what it could be and yes... several screws were screwed in/drilled and a number of them were already broken and stuck. in the frame, with a little bit of skill we can get it to the point where we can use the sundeck. We continue sailing (not even full throttle, but just a nice pace with a maximum wind force of 2). Then I also found out that the tank gauge was not working... this way you can indicate that the tank is full when renting, the tank gauge kept showing full. Arrived at the north side of Lake Garda to drop anchor and go for a nice swim, which turned out well, but I discovered that almost the entire tail under the propeller was missing/broken off (I have not sailed in shallow water). and neatly kept the card). At the end of the afternoon we return to Rappydrive to return the boat (approx. 1 hour sailing distance). Now the worst comes... the part where the window was not in came loose... also a screw that was screwed in afterwards. .. that also failed and so the side with sundeck came loose.. By the way, the blower in the engine compartment didn't work either! I think this was a fairly long review of the boat. See the photos further. The boat itself: 0 stars due to quality of the boat even if it is a rental boat. I give the few stars because the service was otherwise reasonably good, I had no further problems with check-out and inspection (I also reported the loose screws) and the deposit was also neatly returned.
