Boat rental in Preveza · Beneteau — Lagoon 50 (2019)

The management company Aeolian Yachts was one of the worst companies I had to deal with. When we arrived the base manager was not available and office was closed. We had to wait until 6:30 pm to check in. The crew chosen were not up to par. The boat wasn’t clean when we arrived. We had to clean the cabins and toilets ourselves. The boat was not maintained. 1 cabin didn’t have a working ac. It was broken and they knew about it and didn’t fix it. 2 days into our trip a the pump that cools down the on board air conditioning failed. The base manager at preveza told our skipper to go back to a port in the mainland to fix it which would take a whole day out of our holiday. Therefore we refused. The hostess on board didn’t clean the cabins at all. She didn’t even know how to cook. It was awful. The skipper tried his best to manage the situation which we are thankful of. All in all even though the locations we chose to visit were beautiful, the boat’s condition ruined our holiday.
