There's been an incident at the very begining which has quite compromised the communication with the owner. I assume my skipper responsibilities in this incident but there were circumstances that were never heard. Particularly, the bow thruster was not working which made the situation quite tough to manage. Thanks to the help of some people on the quay, the impact has been very limited and there was only a small trace on the anti-fooling at the bow without any impact on the gelcoat and the structure. It was shown afterward that thare was an internal failure of the switch inside the thruster joystick. Despite of that, I was accused to have broken it and I was charged for 700€ costs to change the joystick and virtual gelcoat repairs on the bow. Of course, this is all without any invoices to justify the costs. It was not even possible to discuss as the boss ran away and left me with his young employee, not answering the phone. Anyway at the end, everyone is safe and healthy, the boat has no damages and we had great time sailing in the ionian, so this is just euros. But I don't recomend at all.
Man is unrelated to the sea. Received the Boat and everything was working fine. While he was controlling them, he started to leave, forgetting to untie the rope, as a result of which he hit the Boat, and on top of his anxiety, he forced the bowthraster controller, causing it to break. After we repaired the Boat within an hour and it took two weeks he returned and rudely demanded not to pay for the damages. He threatened us that if we kept the money for the damages he would come in and make negative comments like he did
