We had a fantastic week. Unfortunately the yacht we had booked was not available but a replacement that was not quite as good was immediately offered. However they did offer a generous discount and free early check-in. The Lagoon 450 we ended up using was very well maintained and in excellent condition. There wasn't a single technical problem but we still had the feeling that if something had happened we would have been helped straight away. We were in the best of hands with the skipper we were provided with. We were always safe on the move, our every request was met and we always had great restaurant recommendations ready. The overall process was fantastic - professional at all times, extremely friendly and every question was answered quickly and competently. The pick-up and drop-off were professional and pleasant. We never heard anyone say "that's not possible". All in all an unforgettable experience!
