Disappointing experience We had a very bad experience with this boat rental. We arrived on time at the port listed on the reservation, but the boat was actually located at a different port — without any prior communication. We had to contact the owner ourselves to get this information. They claimed they had tried to reach us via WhatsApp all week, but we received no messages at all — neither on WhatsApp nor on Click&Boat. Once on the boat, we found the equipment to be poor quality. The sun protection kept falling down while we were driving, and the fuel tank had a serious malfunction: when filling it up, gasoline was expelled and splashed directly onto my partner, causing serious skin injuries. Because of this incident, we returned the boat late and were still charged an additional 50 € fee. Payment was also an issue. The owner insisted on cash only, even though this was not mentioned in the listing. He said the card machine was "broken", but also claimed no one paid by card anyway – which raised serious concerns about the legality of the operation. On top of that, upon arrival, we were told we needed to pay an extra 50 € for port and cleaning fees, which were hidden in the listing under other services (like skipper etc). Overall, this rental felt disorganized, dishonest, and unsafe.

Julian is a great bloke, he was able to accommodate our last minute booking, with no hassles and was very warm and welcoming. The fridge noted is a cool box, so don’t forget your ice like us 😅

Semi-rigid boat rented for a family day trip to explore the coast as far as Andratx and tour the Bay of Palma. Ideal in this case! We appreciated the canvas roof that provides shade and the bench seat at the front during stops. A great welcome at the Portals marina.
