Stay away from this owner!! They not only change the price on us, they attempted to change the date and the boat because they double booked. The communication was awful. Upon arriving, we boarded the boat where they told us to board unpacked all of our stuff only to realize they told us the wrong boat. We had to pack everything up and move to another boat. Upon starting our journey, 40 minutes late, my husband pointed out the boat had no gas. We then had to wait 30 minutes while somebody came to put gas in the boat. Upon getting back, which was 40 minutes earlier than documented, they made us sit there in the sun for them to get gas and tried to get us to pay for gas, even though it was not declared in the transparent pricing. They then threatened legal and calling the police on us. This owner is terrible. I have all communication receipts as well as photo and video evidence but they will deny it. Terrible terrible.
We had a dangerous situation due to imprudent conduction of the pilot. The boat tour ended up being stressful

It was a great day on the water with our captain, Miguel! He was patient, attendant, and very knowledgeable about the area. My group was a total of four of us and we we thrilled to have such an amazing day out at sea. Miguel even recommended a spot for dinner for us to enjoy the evening in Mallorca. He was kind enough to take requests to get to know different areas that were originally on the route. Would definitely recommend booking and we look forward to returning!
Our experience on the Karnic / Heaven was great! The boat was very clean, new and well kept. While it can fit more people, the boat was a perfect size for our 2 person trip. Communication with Marta was fantastic - she is so kind and friendly, responsive and helpful! We only had time to book a half day - from the Palma location, this doesn't leave much time to really see the sights of Mallorca (obviously, there is so much!) so definitely recommend a full day. Our only note would be that in our boating experience, at minimum, ice is typically provided in the cooler on board (we had to buy a small bag in the port. Not expensive, but still...) I do think the price was a little excessive, after everything (with the in-cash "skipper fee" plus gas... and again, we are just accustomed to more things provided on board, to be honest). But we had a great time and would rent with Marta again. The captain Jose was great too - no nonsense ha, just extremely professional. Thank you Marta!

We had a great time with our captain, Joachim. He was friendly and communicative and we never felt rushed. He brought us to beautiful coves for swimming, snorkeling and paddling. We opted for him to take us to their restaurant for lunch. The only thing that I wish was that they had informed us of the expense of the restaurant. Also the maintenance guys forgot to fill the shower, which is the only reason I withheld a star there. Overall a great experience !

There were seven of us and we had a fantastic day together on the boat. We were given suggestions on where to park our car and found the boat without any problems. We received a very friendly welcome and everything went smoothly. We had a blast on the boat, thanks to all the accessories. When we returned the boat, the boat was refueled, and the final inspection was also super quick and problem-free. I highly recommend it ??

Very bad boat. Unfortunately I hadn't taken any pictures beforehand. I was charged 150 euros because I had allegedly caused paint damage to the engine. But that was never my fault. Absolute cheek.

Unfortunately there was no navigation or depth sounder on the boat. So only three stars twice. Otherwise everything was top notch. The handovers in particular were first class.
