The experience was good although the sea was rough and we couldn't enjoy it as much as we wanted, otherwise it was very good.

We weren't lucky this time. The boat was marked as 5-person, but there were 4 of us, and it wasn't comfortable. I've rented other similar boats, but they were more spacious and had better features, such as a mobile connection for music, a speed indicator, and enclosed storage space. Unfortunately, this one didn't have those features. Furthermore, the full day was 6 hours instead of 8. And although they warned us that the time taken to check in would be recovered at checkout, they then told us we had to return the boat at 4:00 PM, when we had cast off at 10:50 AM. Therefore, the 6-hour day became 5 hours. We still had to return earlier because it was very windy and the sea was very rough. The boat also included a free donut, but they didn't give it to us, despite our request. And what really bothered us was seeing the rental prices at the Anavegar office—half of what it cost us through the app. So we paid dearly for a rather poor boat, in worse condition than others, and with broken promises.

Alicia was very attentive and very communicative at all times. The weather was a bit rough and the guy who delivered and picked up the boat told us that if we returned earlier than expected, they would refund us the corresponding amount. We are not giving 5 stars because they did not refund us the proportional part of an hour that we returned early due to the weather. For the rest, everything was very good.

Everything was great, we were 5 girls and we were super comfortable. Highly recommended experience, we will repeat.

Everything was fine, except that it said it included a fridge and a water bottle, and neither of those things were fulfilled. I reported this via WhatsApp messaging and I received no response or any type of refund for this failure.

Very good reception, fast and efficient Boat without license in very good condition, perfect for sailing around the citadel of Peniscola and the Badum tower and taking a good bath in 4 hours. We will return to this rental company if necessary later

The “speakers” option was missing as well as the fridge box option. We were told "that we had to warn before getting on the boat when we were on the desk", we had to anticipate the fact that there was none on a boat that we had never seen. .. For the rest, I recommend! Very nice outing and easy to handle boat

The truth is that we are delighted with the rental of this boat. From the first moment, Alicia explained to us how it works and how to use it and the truth is that everything was great. The boat is just as it appears in the photos, clean and comfortable. The quality-price ratio is very good. Without a doubt if we returned we would rent it here again.
