I didn't think the communication before the charter was optimal. A week before the start, I didn't know exactly where the ship was and I didn't have any written or email confirmations for the charter. I only received this at very short notice after asking several times. This created some panic. The yacht was exactly as described and in very good condition. The briefing by the base staff was not optimal. We had to figure out a lot ourselves. When we returned we were charged with damage that we felt was not justified. We then accepted this and paid €200 in cash on site. Unfortunately, the staff was unable to provide us with a receipt or invoice for my insurance. I was put off waiting for it to be sent by email. I'm still waiting for this one... Overall, the base didn't make a professional impression on me. Otherwise everything was as ordered.
