There was one positive point with C&B: Léa found us another boat to rent when ours was canceled. Beyond that, everything else was a disaster: - Zero contact with the owner. We didn't receive their contact information even after the booking was confirmed, and they never replied to our messages through C&B. - No instructions were sent after the booking. We waited until the day of the rental (because a clause stated we would receive the contract that same day, so we didn't suspect anything), and we still hadn't received anything. It was a Saturday, so C&B support was closed, and there was zero information available. On Monday, they told us, "You should have said beforehand that you hadn't received anything, not at the last minute." We are extremely grateful to Yacht Boat, whom we finally called after reading in the reviews that they were helpful. They explained everything to us and even met with us to finalize the rental. As for the boat, nothing to report, a small user manual specific to the boat and in French would be useful on board but otherwise it was great.
