I had a very frustrating experience with Click and Boat and the boat owner. During our rental, the boat malfunctioned several times, abruptly losing power and making the experience stressful and unsafe. I tried contacting the owner during the day via WhatsApp and even asked to return the boat early so the issue could be checked — but he refused to take it back or provide any assistance. This lack of support was extremely unprofessional. At the end of the rental, the owner denied any issues and refused to acknowledge what had happened — despite clear video evidence and our written conversation. Click and Boat customer service was polite, but ultimately sided with the owner, saying they couldn't enforce a refund. Unfortunately, I felt completely unsupported as a customer. The platform should take more responsibility in protecting users from dishonest owners and should give more weight to video and written proof provided by clients.
Everything was great, friendly and courteous. The boat was well-maintained and met expectations. The paperwork was easy and quick.
