It was the perfect day. Emmanuele was very reliable, answered all our questions, and when we couldn't fill up because the gas station was closed, it wasn't a problem either. We simply paid €30, which I think is very fair. It's definitely worth it!

Nice people and beautiful boat!

The boat is great, very clean and with lots of storage space. It has a large refrigerator to store ice and drinks. It is worth renting. What I didn't like much is how much the fuel cost. I have rented boats in another area of the island and they charged me €40 and €50, and I was really going for it. Emanuele charged us €70, a little expensive compared to other same boats in other parts of the island, but it was still worth it. I recommend it.

We had a great day! Everything was perfect. The boat is very nice, spacious, and spotless. Very easy to drive. We were able to access beautiful coves throughout the day.

It started well. Emanuele initially seemed trustworthy and briefly explained everything to us in English, including that there was a freshwater shower on board with drinking water for rinsing. After the first snorkeling tour, we wanted to shower and were shocked to discover that the freshwater tank was filled with gasoline! Luckily, we noticed this, otherwise we could have risked life-threatening poisoning or eye burns if we had used the supposed water for showering! Emanuele simply replied that he didn't know where the gasoline in the freshwater tank came from, and no damage control measures were taken afterward. When we finished our boat tour, someone completely different arrived, whom we didn't know and who hadn't spoken a word of English. This man spoke only Italian and seemed upset because a piece was missing from the propeller. Since we couldn't communicate with him, we called Emanuele, and he said he was keeping our full €500 deposit until he checked the engine. Since we were able to start the engine for the return trip without any problems, it was very unclear what was wrong with the engine. The end result was that he demanded even more money, including a whopping €60 for fuel costs, which amounted to a maximum of 20 liters. At a price of €1.80 per liter, that comes out to €36, not almost double that amount. To date, he hasn't sent us any evidence of a mechanic's report or any other documents proving the "damage," even though we took out deposit insurance through the Click&Boat website and would have needed those documents to submit. This clearly sounds like a scam, and we're very disappointed that Emanuele and his team are swindling vacationers like this. I would definitely stay away from this provider unless you want to take a very expensive boat trip!
