With 10 berths (8+2 crew) in 6 cabins (4+2 crew) and 4 heads, there is all the comfort needed for a wonderful vacation with your family and friends. It’s part of our Exclusive Line which means that among other features on Hogwarts you will find a Plancha Kit composed of a BBQ and sink on the stern, that you can use for cooking outside while looking at our beautiful landscapes in Sardinia. Our Nautical Hotel equipment also offers a fully equipped kitchen, swimming platform, cockpit and fly cushions, solar panels, and many more wonderful features. We had a fantastic time on the rented yacht! Right from the start we felt well looked after: The team was always helpful and was available by phone if we had any questions or difficulties - really a great service! The boat itself was in excellent condition. It was very clean, well maintained and had a beautiful design that exceeded our expectations. You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on quality and details here. Thank you for this great experience! We would book again at any time and can recommend it to anyone who wants to experience an unforgettable holiday on the water.
very efficient digital procedures. On the other hand, this advanced digitalization makes for a bad experience for consumers. There is room for very little flexibility. At the first error/breakage/damage the company penalizes the customer with a series of costs and penalties. HE tries to avoid using their insurance at all costs and makes the customer bear everything at exorbitant prices. Example: during the return there was 5 bft of wind; a customer did not feel comfortable mooring the boat at the dock and had asked for help on the boat to do the maneuver; the customer was billed Euro 350. During this same day and similar mooring maneuver the pendulum wrapped around the propeller of our boat; the company wanted to charge me Euro 250 so that the diver who checks the condition of the keel removes the propeller hanger at the same time; Finally I had to pay Euro 125. The rented boat is tracked 24 hours a day. I understand it from a security perspective. But it also uses it to send very aggressive messages on WhatsApp as soon as we enter a prohibited area. Penalty if the procedures were not followed during damage: filling out forms, taking photos, reporting to the police, etc.; In short, the organization is well-oiled but as a customer I felt like the payer.
