Everything is perfect!

The scheduled departure time was 10:00 am to 6:30 pm. At 8:30 am, we received a message that the departure would be half an hour late due to unspecified unforeseen circumstances. We departed at 11:00 am, an hour late, but returned at the agreed-upon time (6:30 pm), an hour less than we paid for. Furthermore, the cost of fuel was entirely at the skipper's discretion, whereas normally, a boat is rented with a full tank and returned with a full tank, for clarity and transparency. We have, however, booked another boat for Thursday the 22nd and are confident in a different experience. ***************ANSWER FROM THE OWNER**************************** I am responding to the review you left. On August 14th (the day we rented the boat), the infernal traffic chaos between Porto Rotondo and Olbia caused me to get stuck in traffic, so I informed you that check-in would be half an hour late, meaning 10:30 (not 11 as you said). Upon your arrival, we took the time to load the food and complete the usual paperwork, and we departed at approximately 10:50. On the way back, you decided when to depart from the last cove where we were and pass by the villas in the Cala di Volpe area. The arrival time was dictated by the route I took, which I also took at a slow speed so you could admire, as you requested, the villas and yachts in the Cala di Volpe bay. As for fuel, this is not based on the skipper's estimate, but rather based on actual consumption, as the boat is equipped with a fuel consumption plotter. I'd like to point out that fuel consumption had already been budgeted for when I proposed the tour, and in any case, to further reduce consumption, I suggested slowing down where possible, which you agreed to. Regarding leaving with a full tank, on a boat with a 1300-liter tank, it's complicated and not something any rental company does with such large boats, as it would involve a stop at the fuel station upon returning from the rental, with waits that can be up to two hours, given the heavy traffic during the August bank holiday. Luca was very receptive, but he had a problem with his boat and referred us to Carlo who responded promptly, a professional owner-pilot, who keeps his 1990 Ferreti in excellent maintenance. He guided us on all the tours, very kind and helpful, exceeding expectations.

Very positive experience. The boat was perfect and spacious for the 8 of us who went. Luca was very attentive at all times and offers different services such as drone, paddle surf, donut... The boat is old, but it has enough to enjoy. It was not very clean since he had another previous reservation and he did not give it time. In our case, we paid €380 for fuel, we didn't know how much it was going to be but it seemed a bit excessive since we weren't on the move much to have that expense.

Luca is kind and helpful and took us to the most exclusive places.

Fantastic day, Luca stragentile professional available and organized. The boat's stereo system is a bomb, I recommend for a day of celebration with friends.
