Very nice boat, exactly what we expected! Joan was great, answered quickly all questions! Definitely we recommend and we will rent again the same boat when going to Palma!
Fraudsters for years! I can only recommend choosing other provider: Our experience was pretty disappointing. We had some difficulties with the reservation through ClickandBoat. They tried to charge us twice for the cleaning fees..according to their own statement, they do this already over 10 years the same way. Also the were misunderstandings concerning the deposit since ClickandBoat is already reserving the deposit. But the absolute worst part was the level of customer service provided. Joan, one of the managers, was incredibly rude, loud and confrontational. It´s unbelievable that customers are treated this way. Boat was ok.
