The staff weren’t very friendly and hated the fact that we didn’t speak Italian. No communication was provided beforehand to let us know what we needed to bring or documentation we needed to review and sign and when we got there the form was all in Italian which we didn’t understand. We accepted that we needed to pay for the fuel we used. We understood that we would return the fuel gauge to where it started, which in this case was 3/4 full. When we returned they filled the boat up with fuel and I asked them to show me that it was back to 3/4. They didn’t show us. I believe they filled it to full and the fuel gauge would have shown this, getting us to pay for more fuel than we used. They said the fuel gauge isn’t accurate because the boat is on water, however the boat was in the mooring at the beginning and end of the hiring, hence surely the fuel gauge should show the same accuracy. They treated us like we were stupid and didn’t understand, whereas I felt that they were taking advantage of us because we were women. Not a good experience at all.
We loved it. Giovanni fulfilled everything agreed upon, and Marco treated us in a friendly manner. The sailing briefing was quick and clear. Easy! We had a problem when the boat key broke, and it couldn't be started. They responded quickly and came to help and solve the problem. Very good service! I recommend it!
Helpful staff, someone specially arranged on site to give an explanation about the boat in English upon departure, correct handling afterwards. Had a wonderful day, highly recommended if you want to admire the Scala dei Turchi from the coast.
The boat was new and clean, navigation was very easy, we received all the necessary instructions. There are two very interesting points to visit.
Good quality. Nothing more, nothing less than what we expected when reading the advert. If your intention is to take a boat trip to the Scala dei Turchi and you are not more than 4 people, this option can be more than fine. Advised
