We had overall a great experience, Rafa the Skipper was very attentive and professional and made the day even better . The only thing I like to raise is that it was advertised that the boat had googles for snorkelling, however there was not any .. so we couldn’t snorkel… out that a great day experience and highly recommended!
We were a group of six, and the skipper we were assigned, Rafa, was quite distant at first. He wasn't friendly and was rather abrupt, seeming to care less about anything. Two people were getting quite seasick, and he didn't offer us the best solutions. However, when we returned to port due to weather conditions, his service improved and he was very pleasant afterward. Honestly, I would say he was much more friendly, approachable, and helpful from the start, even more so when we relied on his expertise.
Everything was excellent, the service was unbeatable. ✨
We really enjoyed the boat and Rafa. He was very attentive and made the day a great experience. Thanks to him, we were able to see many dolphins! It was a very fun day for everyone. The only negative point is that the advertisement says they include snorkeling goggles and towels, and neither were provided, so we couldn't snorkel. Despite this, the experience is 100% recommended.
