We had a fantastic trip with an amazing captain. He took us to several nice places and was extremely service minded and welcoming. The boat was perfect. We will for sure do this again.
Everything was perfect. Communication was excellent. Despite some engine problems, we received good and quick communication about them, even offering a temporary solution. We were even considerably late due to these issues, and we received our full deposit back. Our main priority was to get back safely. So, we had no problems with being late. We had the pleasure of renting a boat from Mia – and it was an all-around fantastic experience! Even the first contact was warm, uncomplicated, and very professional. Mia is an incredibly personable and dedicated owner who really takes her time and is passionate about what she does. A big compliment also to the two employees, Anna and Mirco! Both were super friendly, helpful, and explained everything to us calmly. It was immediately clear that service and guest satisfaction are important to them. The boat was in perfect condition, clean, comfortable, and perfectly prepared. We had a fantastic day on the water – thanks to an all-around great team and a very pleasant atmosphere.
