It had a terrible experience renting this boat. The boat is beautiful from the outside, but it is a low quality boat with several deficiencies. The boat ladder sometimes comes out of the boat while driving, and the owner charged me this and deducted this from my warranty. I agreed to pay it as I saw it bended upon our return. But the owner also asked twice for a cleaning fee instead of once which was a scam (first 100 € was paid via the click and boat booking and a second time I had to pay 100 € again at the beginning of the rental period before I got the keys as she said the commission is too high via click and boat). On top of this, she tried to charge me to repair the winch from which the mechanics regularly stopped working in the few hours of the rental so it was malfunctioning right from the start. I would never rent this boat again, it was a lot of stress and gave an unsafe feeling.
The boat was as described and everything was in excellent condition! Eva was extremely courteous and helpful. We had the boat for half a day and absolutely loved it! Unforgettable experience seeing Ibiza from the water - 10/10!
