Very happy and very friendly, especially Matias and Noelia, they were very kind, showing us everything. The only problem I see is that we could not access the paddle surf boards as they put in the ad, everything else was perfect!
As always, it is a pleasure to rent boats here. Noelia, like the two helpful skippers, are super attentive and friendly.
The experience was very good. The level of special attention. We had a small problem with the boat and at all times we were in contact with Noelia who was very attentive to us. It was resolved as quickly as possible and we were able to continue with our adventure. It is appreciated that in the face of adversity they have that quick response to be able to continue enjoying. Definitely 100% recommended and we will repeat with them for sure.
Good choice to rent in Santa Pola. The boat was very clean and the staff treated us very kindly. Once there, they explained to us what was necessary to navigate to the Island of Tabarca. It was a little windy and the sailor helped us get the boat out of the port and was attentive when we returned.
Service, processing, contact, everything was great and friendly (even though they only spoke Spanish and hardly a word of English). The boat was fine, but old and not entirely clean. The engine stopped at full throttle, I suspect a throttling or something similar. At first I thought the engine was broken because it just rattled and took a while to run smoothly again. Fuel billing is done seriously at the water filling station at normal car filling station prices. Return was friendly, quick and uncomplicated. All in all, we had a very nice (half) day and would recommend the boat rental company, but not necessarily this boat.
Very warm welcome and a few formalities to complete and you are ready to set sail. Very friendly staff. Good value for money.
