Overall good experience, however they were late for almost an hour, we had to wait on the beach.
From the get go, the standard of professionalism was at an all time low, they first turned up 45 minutes late, then demanded the full 97 euros for fuel and cleaning service, the boat was in poor shape, dead bugs and filthy water on the floor, the engines oil pressure light was also on, meaning the engines oil pump was not properly working and not fit to carry passengers safely, had a lovely day with my girlfriend but once we returned at 3:30 the expected time to get picked up and returned to port. We waited in the scorching heat for an hour. Once confronted and asked for half the money given for fuel, the driver was unbothered by the fact of lateness and refused to take any responsibility, and did not think he needed to give any money back, still waiting for our deposit too. AVOID AT ALL COST!! Didn’t even apologise, shocking service
The boat worked well. But the owner wasn't very hospitable. Communication was very poor. He told us the deposit would be taken in cash 10 minutes after arriving. He didn't tell us where we were.
Absolutely avoid. We had booked two boats for 2:00 PM and 2:30 PM, but just two hours before departure, the owner announced that one of the two would not be available until 4:30 PM. This was followed by long and difficult exchanges via messages (because it was impossible to reach him by phone) in an attempt to find a solution, without him offering the slightest refund or goodwill gesture. Finally, after much discussion, we agreed to postpone our departure to 4:30 PM for both boats. But when it was time to meet: no one. And of course, no further response either. After 30 long minutes of waiting while searching for answers, only one boat finally arrived (the second one wouldn't arrive until later because he had forgotten), with no apologies, no kindness whatsoever. We were asked for our deposit, given a cursory explanation, and the rental company left immediately. Complete lack of professionalism and deplorable service. I strongly advise against renting from this provider.
Great job and very good service. The staff very nice and friendly. Due to a technical problem, our departure was delayed and they gave us one more hour to enjoy the boat. If I return to Palma we will repeat with them, without a doubt.
