The most awful experience we have ever had. The lady at the desk behaved as though she simply hated people. She acted very unfriendly and in an offensive way. On each step of the onboarding process it looked more and more like a manipulation scheme with purpose to charge you as much as they can for every goddamn reason they might come up with. Eventually we decided not to book the boat although we lost the whole prepaid amount. But it definitely helped us to avoid spending more with them for “hidden scratches”. Scam. Just avoid dealing with them.
