The boat company were cautious about weather conditions. We were as a result moved to another day. This was good, although once we arrived we were warned it might not be suitable to bring children along. We did mention we had children before we attended. We were also warned that it’s not the best place to ride a boast in Trapani unless more experienced, after we had already paid. He said we could give it a go, so they took a lot of time helping my husband with how to work the boat, which was great. I want to give a warning to newer boat drivers however, it is not suitable to ride this boat without much experience. We were given only one life jacket, luckily we had another of our own for the children, but due to rough waters around a third of the way, as we reached deeper waters, we just did not feel at all comfortable driving the boat. We didn’t know where the, what I would call the safety key, was to stop the engine if we capsized and no idea how we would call for help in that situation. As I say after entering choppy waters in the boat, we headed back to be cautious. We were told by our travel guide that it would be an easy boat trip and no need for a skipper, so just in case anyone else is debating whether to hire/ ride a boat without training, it’s not worth it. I will say there were very friendly though and helpful. Thank you

We had a great experience with the boat in the Egodas islands (Favignana and Levanzo). Giuseppe then accompanied us to put gas and the communication with them was very good. I totally recommend it! You have to know that it is usually very windy in that area but the stay on the islands is perfect, like a bathtub.

Our day on the boat was great, the communication with Vito and then Alessandro having given us the boat went very well. The boat was perfect and very pleasant and allowed us to tour the Egadi Islands. Unfortunately, we had an engine failure on the way back and Alessandro was immediately available and, unable to resolve the problem, he came to tow us. The only downside was that having had to wait for a boat to become available, we waited 1 hour at sea. However, they offered us a full tank of gasoline as compensation. We therefore recommend booking with Vito. Very honest service!

Nothing to say. We were very well received by Alessandro. He showed us everything we needed to navigate with peace of mind. I highly recommend him with his impeccable boat. Plenty of power to get to the magnificent Egadi Islands.
