DO NOT RENT HERE – EXTREMELY DANGEROUS SCAM If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. This was a bizarre, dangerous, and completely unprofessional experience. The problems started right at the beginning of the day. We were given two incorrect phone numbers, which meant we couldn’t reach the owner and were left confused and stressed before even arriving. When we finally got there, we were shocked to see the owner driving around in our rented boat – using our fuel. At first, it didn’t seem like a big deal, until he casually mentioned that there was only enough fuel for four hours of use and anything more would require an extra payment. Meanwhile, the rental period was from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM – how are we supposed to enjoy a full-day rental with just four hours of fuel? Even worse, the website clearly states that fuel is included for the whole day. The fact that he had already been using it himself before we even got on the boat is absolutely unacceptable. The boat itself was in horrendous condition. Everything was falling apart. The engine was completely unsafe: it kept stalling, produced smoke, and the inside was literally held together with zip ties. This boat should never have been rented out. At the end of the day, when we returned to the harbor, things got truly dangerous. The engine got stuck in reverse, with the owner standing right there, and the boat began drifting straight toward the rocks. My boyfriend had to jump into the water to stop the boat, and ended up seriously injured – his leg was completely cut open and bleeding nonstop. And all because they gave us a boat that was in dangerous, defective condition. And what did the owner do? Instead of taking responsibility or offering help, he blamed us for breaking the engine and refused to let us leave until we paid extra. Absolutely outrageous and unfair. For comparison: we rented two other boats that same day from another company – perfect experience. Great service, safe and fully functional boats, fuel for the whole day, and exactly the same price. This was pure fraud. Unsafe, dishonest, and a total scam. Do not rent here. You are literally putting your safety and your money at risk.

The description of the meeting point is very poor, which is why we had to ask the boat rental company several times. The meeting point was set for 9:00 a.m., but the employee was 15 minutes late. When we asked where the Blue Lagoon was, we were given incorrect directions. According to the employee, the fuel would last for 4 1/2 hours and definitely not longer. After we had finally driven for 5 hours, the tank was only half empty. So you don't have to worry about the fuel! It seemed to us as if they wanted to scare us about the tank so that we would return the boat after a maximum of 4 hours and not use up more fuel so that the boat dealer could save money. The cleanliness of the boat left a lot to be desired and the ladder was broken. Without human help or sufficient strength, you cannot get back into the boat on your own! The motor worked without any problems, but the anchor is not really suitable for making the boat stable in the sea (the anchor was welded together by the boat owner). We had originally rented the boat until 6 p.m. (daily rental 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.) and paid for it. At 4:35 p.m. we received the first call telling us to return to the previously agreed meeting point and return the boat. Overall, we can say that the boat is seaworthy, but the service and condition of the boat is a complete disaster. Not recommended and not worth €120!
Communication was not easy, we waited an hour in the cafe for the boat. The boat engine had 5 HP instead of 6 HP. The swimming ladder was broken and didn't work properly, so it was really difficult to get up. Other than that, we drove the boat well and safely and had fun. The engine started well and ran very well.
We were able to enjoy a smooth process. Everything was very straightforward and easy!! We would be happy to do it again
