Rent a sailboat in Turkey · Bénéteau Oceanis 51.1 (2020)

Very nice body of water to navigate. Unfortunately the Océanis 51.1 that we rented, despite its young age, was already worn out: cupboards that didn't close properly, door handles that didn't hold, cushions in poor condition. The most difficult point, and for which we had not been warned before taking charge of the boat, was the failure of the generators. This reduced the ability to keep the batteries charged (too bad when there were 7 of us on board...) and above all made it impossible to use the air conditioning. But the temperature in the boat did not drop below 32 to 35 degrees. We had to sleep (poorly) on deck. The least we could have done was to let us know in advance. We could have canceled. Finally, some of the advertised equipment was missing, such as snorkeling equipment).
