I would say part of the enjoyment of visiting places to me is being oriented on a map. Take a moment to learn the general orientation of Venice - starting with San Marco square - and keep abreast of the direction of travel and side of the "island" of Venice as you are boating. It make the scale and relationships mean a lot more with that in mind.

We had an absolutely unforgettable experience with Luca.
I chose his boat for a marriage proposal, and everything was perfect from start to finish. Luca was incredibly professional, kind and discreet, making sure the surprise remained a surprise until the very last moment.
He chose a beautiful and quiet route, close to San Marco but far enough to enjoy privacy and calm, which made the moment truly magical. He also helped by taking photos at the perfect time, without being intrusive at all.
The boat was lovely, the atmosphere romantic, and the entire experience felt very personal and special.
I honestly couldn’t have imagined a better way to propose. I highly recommend Luca to anyone looking for a romantic, private and unique experience in Venice.
Thank you again, Luca — this will be a memory we will cherish forever.

Serena was fantastic! Excellent communication and really clear instruction on the uniqueness of navigating the lagoon. Very convenient pick up location that you can get to easily by water bus. The boat itself was well equipped and easy to handle. Will definitely return :)

Marcello was great. We had an afternoon flight back home and really wanted to see Burano and Murano. Marcello was super accommodating and picked us up at 8 to take us there. On the way one of our caps fell into the water and Marcello was able to swoop it up with his special pole ! The boat was comfortable, the tour was great and Marcello was a pleasure to work with and have as a guide and captain !!! We will definitely recommend him !

My family and I enjoyed a day boating around the Venice Lagoon thanks to Andrea and the team. The boat was in great condition, very clean and the handover was comprehensive. It was the first time I have hired a boat abroad and although I had many questions prior, Andrea always responded quickly. Many thanks for a great experience!
