🚨 Attention Click and Boat Users! 🚨 We rented the “Chrysa” boat and discovered clear signs of poor maintenance, then had to pay out-of-pocket for a solenoid repair on the anchor motor: 💧 Water tank issues – Only one tank worked; the second wasn’t connected as we were told. – We ran out of water mid-cruise and nearly damaged the water propulsion system. ⚙️ Uncontrolled bilge pumps – The automatic system triggers without control and leaves the valves open. – The pumps ran for over an hour until we manually shut them off. – Anyone unaware of this could burn out the bilge pumps. 🚪 Broken exit door – Impossible to lock the boat with the provided key. – Risk of theft or falling overboard due to an unsecured door. ⚓️ Anchor motor (solenoid) – No one warned us that the chain accumulates beneath the motor. – The solenoid failed for no reason: we did not misuse it or jam the chain. – We were charged an outrageous bill with zero oversight from Click and Boat.
