SELIOV – Super Arlequin, a flagship sailboat of the 1970s SELIOV is a Super Arlequin, an iconic sailboat of the 1970s. As soon as it left the shipyard, it quickly dominated the podiums! It's an easy boat to steer, responsive yet very tolerant of errors, ideal for discovering sailing or improving your skills with confidence. A racing-cruising sailboat, it combines good performance with appreciable comfort for its time. Designed to handle heavy weather, it is particularly reassuring in rough conditions. Main Features Length: 9 meters Capacity: up to 6 people for a day trip (but ideally, 4 or 5: me, 2 adults + 2 children) Life on board: I've been living here occasionally since 2018 Atmosphere: simple, friendly camping, always in a good mood! Your future escapades I offer co-sailing trips for a day, two days, or more, depending on your wishes and the weather, for example: Day trips: L’Anse du Brick Omonville-la-Rogue Port Racine A cruise around Cherbourg harbor, with the possibility of fishing 2-day escapades: Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue Alderney Diélette Adventures lasting 3 days or more: Guernsey The English coast … and beyond during my long voyages! ⛵ The tide will dictate the departure times. You will actively participate in the maneuvers, and I will let you steer the boat if you wish. Practical Information Availability: Every other week in 2025 (every even weekend) Weather conditions: No trips with beginners if the wind exceeds 20 knots, for safety and shared enjoyment reasons. Pierre is a great captain and his boat is exactly as advertised! There were 4 of us passengers who came to capture images for an artistic project and we had a great time with him. Willing, funny, patient, and very educational (he let us do lots of things with him on the sailboat, it was super interesting). I recommend him with my eyes closed! Thank you for this wonderful trip at sea!

I really recommend going sailing with Pierre, he welcomed us with great simplicity and good humor, and made us have a pleasant time with him. He was very educational, knows his boat very well and the beautiful places to visit. He trusted us quite quickly, which was very gratifying, while remaining vigilant in our maneuvers for everyone's safety. The boat is not brand new, but we were warned and that did not bother us, it was very functional and we slept well on board. We will return with pleasure! :)
Very good - Pierre was very accommodating - the children felt perfectly safe even though they were a little apprehensive. He answered all our novice questions - he was very considerate and attentive to our wishes - we had a great time on board.

Great day with Peter! Departing from the port of Cherbourg, we took a trip to the Anse du Brick side where we were able to swim before having a picnic on board. We were 3 guests and everyone enjoyed the walk. Everyone was also able to participate in the maneuvers of the sailboat (holding the helm, hoisting the sails, etc.)

What a great outing at sea with Pierre! With 20 knots of wind, the navigation was quite sporty and we were able to appreciate the sea side of the super Arlequin. An anchorage in the cove of the Brick for the picnic before attending the start of the Drheam Cup and sailing "with" the competitors. Thank you Pierre and good luck!

Pierre is a great coach for his crew. Always in a good mood even in difficult conditions, he gives his teammates confidence, especially if they are new to sailing. His super harlequin has a great behavior especially upwind and works well downwind under Spie or genoa. We spent 10 really nice days sailing.

Pierre gave us a superb welcome at his home! At the same time listening and in the proposal he concocted an impeccable schedule for us while knowing how to adapt to our rhythm. He shared his passion for sailing and the Channel Islands with us, trusted us on the sailboat by delegating tasks to us, but was also able to take charge of all the navigation on the way back (departure at 6 a.m. morning). We spent two superb evenings in Guernsey in his company and created very beautiful memories for a long time!! We highly recommend!!

Bonjour ! J’ai 36 ans, ancien chef de cuisine aujourd’hui matelot, skippeur capitaine 200, et grand passionné de voile depuis l’enfance. J’ai acheté mon Super Arlequin SELIOV en août 2016, et depuis, c’est une véritable histoire d’amour avec la mer. Naviguer, c’est avant tout un plaisir que j’aime partager. Que ce soit entre amis ou avec des passagers curieux, j’adore transmettre cette passion qui m’anime. Ambiance simple, détendue et conviviale garantie à bord ! L’été, il m’arrive de pêcher le maquereau à la traîne, mais ce que je préfère, c’est la navigation sous voiles, au rythme du vent et des marées. Je navigue toute l’année, une semaine sur deux, principalement autour de Cherbourg : Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue, Omonville, Aurigny, Guernesey... et parfois, cap outre-Manche vers Southampton ou Weymouth. Attention je ne propose pas ici de skipper mon voilier, juste de partager les frais de navigation pour passer un bon moment a plusieurs. La co-navigation que je fais sur clickandboat est faite au titre de propriétaire du bateau, pour partager ma passion de la voile et de la région, en échange d’une participation aux frais. N’attendez pas une prestation commerciale! Possibilité de skipper un autre bateau pour vous pour 250e ttc par jour. À très bientôt en mer !
