Rent a Polyvalk open sailing boat in Huizen aan het Gooimeer. Day rental is from 10am to 6pm with outboard motor and extra fuel. This is necessary due to the (often) rugged nature of the Gooimeer. A lovely day out on the water. I initially had trouble getting in touch with the business to get instructions for the day and location of the boat. The hull was quite dirty but overall the boat sailed well and nothing broke. The business gave us a plastic map that was adequate for our day out. The outboard was good and had spare fuel which we needed. Good review and would hire again.

We rented a falcon from IJsselmeerzeilers for 4 days and will certainly do so again. Well equipped boat, clean and pleasant approach to pick up and drop off. Top!
Totally great. Boat in perfect condition, perfectly working engine. It is not the best sailing location; you can moor on the island "de Dode Hond".
