DO NOT RENT from this company! 1. the yacht was not sea worthy (list of problems below) 2. the company used the credit card details for charging additional 3000€ beyond what was a security deposit (booking was done a day later after the yacht was returned without any complaints) 3. background information - the company has 16 yachts out of which only 3 were rented out at this time and even those were not in a sea worthy condition based on this example. The company doesn't have a mechanic on the payroll and the other employees admitted the didn't know much about their boats technical details. The management uses every opportunity to charge their under maintained yacht repair costs to the customers after the rental. See other reviews! Yacht's technical problems: • reverse is almost not working, transmission problem (!!!) • back port side black water tank is licking, if it is a pressure from the inside • sink has a big hole, need to make with sicaflex • mast winch is losing the rope, need to change the winch head • all toilets and showers interior lights are not working, also interior lights in the saloon are not working • navigation lights are not working (anchor light and PORT/STBD lights) • almost all small hatches are broken, need to check all • stern side railing lines are missed, need to install • anchor controller buttons are mixed up - up is down, and down is up • need to mark an anchor chain • PORT dinghy’s oar fixer is missed, need to complete (too small dinghy for the 12 persons boat, too big oars) • need to change all toilets jocker valves, all of them lose the water back • need to repair almost all ropes • need to change mokka coffee pot • need to check and complete all safety equipment, toolbox is not complete • reorganise folder with boat papers • leakage in the PORT back cabin • need to fix fridge door • media system need to be better fixed in the interior panel • need to fix PORT front cabin door handle, need to check all of them
