A very fast and friendly team; the customer is important. This also applies after the charter, at the reception, and in between. The handover was quite quick, however, and I forgot to be shown how to set the mainsail at the front of the handle. That would have been nice; I only knew other systems because it was a bit windy. A few things: the dishes weren't clean everywhere, and a wire near the fan in the locker, etc., suggested potential damage while waiting. Otherwise, everything was top-notch. Everyone was very friendly and uncomplicated, some of them even offered extra services for us. We'd be happy to do it again.
