There was no real reception, just an introduction to the ship. The ship was basically fine, but the bow thruster failed during the trip at the stupidest moment of a docking maneuver. There was no checkout at all. Nobody picked up our yacht and, contrary to what was announced, the boat was not refueled before our departure.
