Very friendly and professional team, excellent communication, and a great reception. Unfortunately, the cushions and the canvas roof were already worn, and the boat wasn't completely clean. Very nice day, although we found it easier to find anchorages in the south, but that's not the owner's fault :)

Old boat, well-returned and maintained to a minimum but functional and ok. Basic welcome from the rental company. This is not the boat in the photo. Big scam on filling the gasoline which is done by eye. The gauge does not match the level in the tank. Gasoline to be paid in cash only.

Everything was excellent but the price was a bit expensive ?

Got another boat

Surprise! The photo of the announcement of the Sacs 5 m inflatable boat is from when it was new, that is with a different and new engine, complete cushions, windshield, awning in order. The dinghy I received is now old and no longer matches the advert photo. I would have chosen another dinghy if the photo had been at least a month ago and not years ago.

Friendly and efficient staff. No kind of problem. Boat as per photos and precise instructions. Really a great experience definitely to be repeated.

TO AVOID EVITALO FORGET HIM I had to rent about thirty boats in 12 years of license, I have never seen a lessor and as unprofessional as Andrea, company ARES. Basically I launched a reservation on another site for a boat offered by the same owner to 175 € and within 24 hours he refused the reservation at this price and asked 230 € on the pretext that it is more expensive the day after a holiday (August 16) and I refused. Finally I rented another boat on Click & Boat with this same renter (I realized that after). Arriving at the check in, I was given another boat than the one I had booked telling me that the other was broken. The boat is at least 20 years old and it is in very bad condition. The trim does not work, it is rusty everywhere, no cushion on the back seat, etc ... There was even a small tray fixed on the cockpit with screws and bolts. When I brought the boat the renter asked me 75 € for a failure of the throttle, I am sure and sure that it had been patched with glue and that it had not held. I explained to him that I am not responsible if his tinkering with glue did not hold and that I was very meticulous with the boat. I also told him that his boat is in very bad condition and does not speak French. He even answered that his boat is a shit. He took me high, telling me that he has several yachts, that I had to get off the boat because it is his boat and he the commander (it was 18h and the rental was until 20h). He recovered the original contract and ripped, I still managed to have a photocopy. All his friends came to the pontoon, including his accountant and his lawyer, looking at my wife and me sideways as if we were criminals. The bond being the identity card, he threatened me that if I did not pay he would get me blocked by the police at the airport. Following this threat I asked him to call the police who after 1 hour of waiting came saying they are not experts and proposed to divide the price in 2. In short I left him 50 €, I told him to keep the money for this thief who thinks he is above everyone. For those who want to rent a good boat and not lose 2 hours to chat with a rummaged to pay in the end do not go home. I had to put 1 star to leave this comment but do not take it into consideration.

Nickel boat and very complete explanations!

Good rental, warm welcome. Just missing handles to climb more easily in the boat when you're in the water. We enjoyed our day on the boat. It was great. Thank you

Received with a little delay but very nice home. Benefit that met our expectations. No complaints.
