First of all, the service was very polite and friendly. We would have liked more communication before arrival and clarification on what was and wasn't included with the sailboat. The boat was in a state of general maintenance that could be improved. There were no utensils, sheets (only one set for three people), glasses, plates, etc. The advertisement stated that it had a freezer, USB charger, depth sounder, and electric windlass. None of that was present. The boat was delivered to us with almost no fuel or water. The sails were new and in very good condition. The engine was somewhat old and didn't perform as well as expected. Otherwise, everything was fine; the staff were very friendly and punctual, and the boat is fun to sail and comfortable for the area.

Although a breakdown prevented us from completing our planned trip, it was a pleasure how we were treated and how they helped us manage the problem, always being attentive. No one wants anything to go wrong on their travels, but when it happens, it's wonderful to encounter people like these owners.

Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful day aboard your sailboat. Everything was perfect: the boat, the service, and the experience all met our expectations.

Excellent service and good response to any eventuality. The sailboat meets expectations and the area is very good for sailing.

It was the first time I booked through this app and although at first it seemed a bit uncoordinated with the school, then with Marcos who helped us, everything was perfect. As for the boat, the only thing I could say is that it was missing a bimini, which was mentioned in the description. Very good quality/price ratio. We will definitely be back.

Everything was fine except that once the payment was made, the company did not pick up the phone or answer the messages. I had to call from another phone number to get them to pay attention to me. I insisted on several occasions and at a different time and they didn't pay attention. They also told us to notify them 1 hour in advance, which we did and we had to wait almost 1 more hour and they didn't answer any of the phones either. A disaster. As for the boat, it lacks an awning and maintenance of the bottoms, the snail is exaggerated.

Boat sails perfectly, without luxuries, but with everything you need to spend a day sailing. Very good attention. I recommend it. I missed a bimini top, to say the least. Of course I would book it again.

The probe did not work, cleaning just had a lot of shit from the previous rental. It took them a week to return the deposit, I had to insist on it.

Click&Boat, in no case tells me that you have to pay the skipper and the fuel, it seems like a scam, I rent a sailboat that is not going to sail, because the skipper, being alone, cannot unfold the sails.

The boat did not match the photo presented on the website (old Dacron sails instead of beautiful gray sails on photo). Furlex rolling system from genoa blocked several times during rolling up. Side tag urgently in need of replacement; cable starts to come loose. Clamps overflow bulkhead do not work (rope slips through) Water tank contaminated with bacteria (sewer odor).

Punctual and the clean boat
