The charter company was available and ready to answer the phone at all hours. He always found solutions, especially with the furling issues we had the first week (being new to furling mainsails). The boat has a faultless engine. The comfort is excellent for 5-6 people. The rod holder is a good starting point for cruising the French and Italian coasts. Our three weeks went well. The windlass (for anchoring) and the bow thruster were perfect for maneuvering. Perhaps we should get rid of a few accessories that take up unnecessary space and repair a few small things. Refurbishing the saloon cushions and beds would add more charm to this boat. However, we recommend renting this boat. Thank you for everything. Alexandre and Maï

Great sailing boat with the usual signs of wear. All the important systems, the engine, the on-board electronics and the sheets/winches required for sailing functioned perfectly even in rough seas with a lot of wind and waves. The Bavaria can be navigated well and safely in all situations. The bright new bimini provides reliable protection from the sun and heat. Impeccable communication before and after handover and during the trip. All in all the best boat I have ever chartered on the Mediterranean - gladly again!

We did a 400 mile two week cruise between Cannes and Corsica with a hook on the return trip to Imperia in Italy. BIKINI is very pleasant both in terms of comfort on board and at sea. Stéphane was very accommodating on the day of our arrival and the communication was perfect. A few small details to settle, normal on sailing boats ... Experience to be renewed willingly.

Stéphane's sailboat is easy to handle, very comfortable and above all perfectly equipped. We see here a real owner's boat with a very clean hull, very beautiful moorings and a very complete fittings with good quality cruising sails. Moreover, the interior is very clean and the kitchen equipment impeccable. The owner is very available on the phone before and during the cruise to provide any details on the equipment or maneuvers. Great comfort at the sea that we were able to appreciate on our way back from Hyères by force7. Note, however, a somewhat capricious electronic weather vane, but above all it is important to check the battery charge every day so as not to be lacking, for example, of a very useful bow thruster in ports. In total as the English say: very best value for money.

2-week rental for a cruise around Corsica (more than 500 Nm traveled). Excellent preliminary contacts with Stéphane who answered with patience to all our questions. The boat was fully compliant with the description of the C&B ad and the owner's responses. Bikini is a sailboat which is already a few years old but it is in perfect condition, very comfortable, with great autonomy in GO water and electricity (and therefore cold), as well as an astonishing storage capacity. The Bavaria build quality has nothing to envy to large French series builders. Admittedly, this is not a cruising race, but it gives pleasure to sailing in safety and in light airs the engine is reliable and economical. We will be happy to re-let Bikini.

We were delighted with our rental, the boat is very well arranged for a family of five. Spacious cabins, functional galley, very bright saloon, the TV hardly ever picks up anything, even at the ports, but hey, we're not there to watch it. Bow thruster helps well for moorings in ports, rather quiet and reliable diesel engine. As for navigation: The sailboat is rather efficient given its weight, it holds up very well the wind even close it goes upwind at around 40 ° max, even at more than 20 knots, on the other hand at broad reach at less than 12 knots it cannot not hold less than 60 ° which makes the balm beat quite a lot, mainsail with furling system and above all vertically battened which guarantees it a very good fall and increases its performance. Very good sailboat, reassuring and efficient. small problem with the wind vane which does not indicate the direction of the wind in relation to the true heading, old GPS and stops from time to time it is better to equip yourself with a GPS + tablet reception, this is the choice we have Have done. Annex sufficient for five, see six, deflates because the front flange is a little tired, the annex engine does not sufficiently hold idle and often stalls. All in all, we had a lot of fun, safe navigation, very nice and helpful owners, fair price. We highly recommend this sailboat, moreover we look forward to re-renting it soon. Thank you
