This person overbooks you to secure the boat rental, and then lists it on this app. They rent it out to real people, leaving you without a boat the same day, and they don't offer any solutions. You have to fight with them all day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!

English: My experience with Sergio as a boat owner was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The sailing did not take place because Sergio failed to meet several agreed-upon terms. The boat was delivered an hour late, which ruined our planned birthday celebration. Additionally, Sergio had confirmed twice beforehand that a donut service would be provided, which was very important to us. Despite this confirmation, the service was completely missing on-site. When the sailing did not occur, Sergio’s employee suggested that we should blame the weather to Click&Boat, which felt like a misleading excuse and was very unprofessional. Despite these significant issues, Sergio is now refusing to return my payment, using the unpaid donut service as his only excuse. He is ignoring all his other mistakes and the fact that the donut service was not yet paid because he instructed us to bring cash for it, which was supposed to be handled on-site. Click&Boat you have been informed of these issues and have requested multiple times that Sergio refund my money. However, Sergio has explicitly stated that he will not honor their requests. Click&Boat has encouraged me to pursue further legal actions, which I will indeed undertake if Sergio does not resolve this issue promptly. Sergio’s failure to live up to multiple agreements was the primary reason the sailing did not take place. His handling of the situation has been unprofessional; he is unjustly withholding my payment and disregarding the fact that his service failures were the main reasons for the cancellation. We received none of the promised services and only ended up wasting our time. His refusal to refund my money feels like an attempt to avoid responsibility and amounts to theft. I am now taking further actions to recover my funds and address this unjust situation. I strongly advise against booking with Sergio due to his failure to honor agreements, poor customer service, and unfair handling of payments. Very good reception, engine that was not working properly, had to cut the engine and restart it regularly. Shelter that was coming loose above our heads. We reported it and it should be fixed for the next ones. Despite this, we had a pleasant time with the family. Thank you

The major problem we had is that water was constantly getting into the boat. At first we thought that the bilge pump was not working well and it turns out that the switch was inverted with the lights and we were not informed before leaving. We learned this after trying to contact the owner/manager for over an hour. However, shortly after the The bilge pump stopped working and we had to leave early for Port Ginesta. Upon arrival, the owner realized that the hull was broken and that is why water was getting in, which is a serious situation.
