We selected this boat based on the positive ratings. We were actually quite disappointed, which started with the interior looking completely different from the pictures (less light & modern). Then we had several technical difficulties: (1) the engine of the dinghy didn’t work, forcing us to search for a marina spot every night, (2) the fuse of the anchor engine blocked continuously due to overheating, (3) the boat doesn’t have airconditioning and a manual toilet, (4) the genoa is too small for this seize boat. Stelios was very friendly upon arrival, the boat was delivered clean, but after departure from Gouvia there was no understanding or remedies for our complaints. At this charter price level we would have expected something completely different: Never again for us!
We can highly recommend Stelios as skipper and his Dufour 430 boat. He was a very prudent, patient and kind skipper always trying to make the best of our trip. Many thanks to Stelios for a wonderful week in the Ionian Sea!
We rented the Doufur 430 ‘Triumph’. The boat was almost new, very clean and in very good conditions. It was also available before 5pm! Stelios is really kind, professional and always available when needed. In General our experience with this charter was very good, I strongly raccomend them.
