Rent this Cyclades 50.5 sailboat that will allow you to spend days full of fun and carefree in the company of friends and family. The boat can accommodate up to a maximum of 12 people and 3 bathrooms and 5 cabins are available to guests. The 4 forward and aft cabins are equipped with double beds while the fifth with bunk beds. The boat can be hired for weekly excursions, what is ultimately needed to discover beautiful Sicily. Starting from Portorosa it is possible to reach Capo Milazzo Capo Tindari, the Aeolian Islands and many other enchanting places! Overall rather positive experience. The boat was clean and functional. We had no problems after 250 miles during the week. Friendly and professional welcome. On the other hand, it is a boat which is not suitable for those who really want to go sailing but rather coasting mainly under engine: the sails are rinsed and contrary to what is said in the advertisement, it it is not possible to have a spinnaker. Two big black points on this rental: - absence of black water tank which makes life for 8 people on the boat complicated and which is not environmentally friendly - check out on Friday which in practice takes half a day Better crockery equipment would be welcome, especially bowls.
One week cruise without a hitch. All in all, the boat turned out to be comfort and maneuverability not at its best for a 2008 boat with maintenance problems at the windlass which required a lot of attention especially in the phases of anchor recovery. The weather conditions helped us a lot, being perfect, therefore everything went smoothly. Excellent value for money

The boat was poorly maintained, ink recurring problem despite the intervention of repairers, HS refrigerators, hold full of water permanently. Bad relationship with the rental agency. I really do not recommend going through this agency as other guests were also dissatisfied with the service, even on much newer boats.
