Paul and Damien provided us with an unforgettable sailing experience. We received a very warm welcome on board; the boat is ideal for a large family with children or simply for a group of friends. The sailing, as well as the time spent at anchor, were very enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

The two days spent familiarizing ourselves with Damien's sailboat were very comprehensive. Damien and his friend Paul are two seasoned sailors who know their boat perfectly. Despite the unpredictable weather, we were still able to go out to sea and perform quite a few maneuvers to see how the boat handles under different speeds. Damien's explanations were clear and precise, quickly allowing us to gain confidence and learn everything there is to know about the boat and its equipment. The boat is clean and equipped with everything we need so we won't miss anything. We were able to cook some delicious meals. We can't wait to get back to sea.

A great time spent with Damien for this weekend of getting started. The boat is VERY well equipped. There are a lot of things to see on the boat, this first discovery session seems essential to me to then spend very good times on Butterfly ?

Damien was a top skipper! He masters his boat to perfection and is a very skilled navigator. The boat is extremely well prepared, and in impeccable condition. Damien enthusiastically introduced us to his sailing spot and we really enjoyed the time we shared together. We had a superb stay aboard the Butterfly. Damien and Grégoire welcomed us very warmly, they adapted to our wishes and took the time to share their passion for navigation with us by making us participate in the maneuvers, while creating a good atmosphere on board. THE RETURN I hope that Damien will have taken into account my availability to financially compensate for small breakages and badly finished cleaning, which turned out to be underestimated at first. On my arrival we agreed on a price of 200 € for - broken winch handle push button - Awning stripping on 40 cm, in my opinion much facilitated by dilapidation. - Cleaning not finished (I had not estimated how much!) - No GAS replacement, we only consumed very little - Damien took from me 1 can of oil 20€ that I bought at the start, having failed to find any (there was some) Subsequently Damien had unfortunate discoveries - Poorly made and poorly stored dishes - Stove and toilet before very dirty - Badly washed fridges, lingering smell in 1 yet passed with white vinegar, but not enough. - Broken gas lighter - Water drained on the chart table (deck cleaning with poorly closed porthole). I proposed a compensation of 140€ accepted by Damien. I'm sorry about all this, I didn't take the time to do the necessary checks and contrary to what Damien felt, I never intended to hide any of these inconveniences from him. The neighbors described us as "noisy" very early in the morning, I am very surprised, we arrived next to them around 9am after spending the night at the fuel pontoon (far from the square). Subsequently Damien discovered that the windlass control was broken at the connection, in my opinion part stuck which came off during a disconnection. THE BOAT Very well equipped, and, thanks to its waterline length and its hull, it allows navigation under sail at very good speed. Be careful, the rollers are tricky to operate, otherwise there is a risk of blockage. Very complete electronics, instruments, radar, navigation, energy monitoring. Adjustments to be made to harmonize the compasses. A fridge that is difficult to close but there are 3 of them, including 1 that can be used as a freezer, a good element of comfort. To be 10 it is better that there are 2 children because a cabin is small. As on all teak decks, the degradation of the joints marks the clothes, all the more so as the age of its implementation. DAMIAN Very competent, he knows his boat perfectly and he is very available for any help, I have asked him several times. He was even called in the middle of the night by the Cross Med alerted by the wife ashore of a crew member of whom she had no news!
