Honestly, great, nothing to say, well, just a shame that we had to steer the boat with the engine helm instead of the wheel, it was a bit tiring, but otherwise, nothing to say, I recommend it.

Unfortunately, in Italy we are used to having 40hp as power for those who do not have a license. Here in France it is 6hp and during the booking I missed this step even though it was clearly explicit. To reach the island of Porquerolles it took us 1 hour of navigation because the boat goes at a maximum of 6 knots. For the rest, everything was exceptional. If one does not have a license this is an excellent solution because the day was wonderful

We had a nice day on the boat, it was smaller than we thought, but in the end we could comfortably sit in it with 2 adults and 2 children. The reception was great in the office, Elodie is a very sympathetic and patient woman ?. All in all a very nice experience in beautiful surroundings!

A very nice boat, clean and well maintained, not so big but of course it is also a boat without a boating license, with our family we had a great day. Beautiful small beaches along Hyeres seen and also sailed to Porquerolle. Where we could snorkel on the quiet beaches. Top day

We rented this boat as a birthday present for a friend. What started out as a nice trip unfortunately ended in disaster. In the middle of the sea on the way back from Porquerolles the engine suddenly stopped and we could no longer move. In an emergency you should call Alain, which we did, but since he only speaks French we had to contact the rental office. After a while, Alain's friends came to help us. A boy (Rafael) jumped on our boat and tried to repair it. During this whole procedure, which easily lasted a quarter of an hour, not a word was said to us. The boat worked again for a short time, but after a few seconds it stopped again, so the family friend had to tow us. We had only been on the road for a short time at that point and had to cancel the trip due to the circumstances. When I then contacted Alain and asked for a partial refund, we were initially offered a voucher and told that we could have continued on. When I explained to him that we were towed and taken back to the harbor and could not continue, he unfortunately became very abusive and thought we were lying. I sent him a photo of how we were towed, which logically would not have been necessary if the boat had still been working. Unfortunately, we could not come to an agreement with him, so customer support got involved, who unfortunately also did not make any progress in communicating with Alain. He also no longer wanted to issue us the voucher that was originally offered. In the end, we paid a lot of money, not only for a day that we had imagined differently, but also for a lot of stress afterwards. Technical errors can happen, we fully understand that and I have expressed this in my messages to Alain more than once, but the brazen communication afterwards is just disappointing. The reservation that was made after ours was canceled by Alain, from which I conclude that the boat was still not working. Despite all this, Alain insists that we are not telling the truth. Today I contacted him again in the hope that we could still resolve the matter amicably. Unfortunately, that was not the case, so I feel compelled to warn future renters against renting a boat from Alain. I am still open to a clarifying conversation, but have nothing more to say until then.

Compliance of the boat 2 stars Value for money I only put 3 stars because I did not have the right boat that I should have, I would have had the right boat I would have given 5 stars because when I arrived on the quay I noticed that was not good. Otherwise the welcome and very warm and friendly
