We had a fabulous trip in Ibiza to Formentera. Gorgeous day to be out on the sea with our friends! Juliano was amazing - went the extra mile for us to make our boat trip unforgettable :)
Excellent day on the boat. Skipper Martin did an excellent job despite not the greatest weather conditions at times. We all had a brilliant time. Only slight issue was some misunderstanding regarding the booking that was only cleared up fairly last minute
Wonderful day! Lao was fantastic: friendly and helpful. Vote 10
We had a great day on this boat. Special mention for our Skipper who was really incredibly kind, attentive and who took charge of Fernando's catamaran all day. Thanks also to the Click&Boat team who helped me throughout the booking process as I am completely new to the subject, this was my first boat rental. I recommend with my eyes closed: the boat, the skipper and the team Click&Boat! Looking forward to calling on you again for my next reservations ;)
All good
Boat in perfect condition and very professional captain Diego complied with the established schedule. Just a suggestion, they should be more friendly and helpful, suggest places to go, it's not the first time I've rented boats but it's the first time we've had a reserved captain limited to the schedule, although we never brought our drinks and liquors with his assistant he waited on us or was helpful, or gave us other suggestions where to go. Someone with more spark!!
Very pleasant day
Unique experience thanks to our skipper Fernando! We have known unique places in Ibiza and the trip has been a pleasure. We would certainly repeat! Thanks Fernando from the tricks! :) All very beautiful, majestic and magical??
First and last time Click&Boat
Long story short, this has been the worst and most DISRESPECTFUL customer service we have ever experienced! The staff was over 30 mins late to meet us (for good reason) but they should have communicated with us. The captain and his stewardess behaved unprofessionally which resulted in two members of our group being hurt. We also had to fork out for unexpected fees on the day and didn't receive some of the items like champagne which was agreed upon before the trip. After the trip, out of respect, we sent a private message to the charter company to inform them of our experience. The reply we received was unbelievably rude and belligerent. Book with this company at your own risk! See below for our correspondence. My private message to the charter company: Booking and communication in the lead up to the charter was very easy. This led me to expect a great trip with Fernando - however, this was not the case. We arranged for a charter from 1200 to 2000. The staff at Seaside Charter did not arrive until 1230. When we finally got on to the boat, we met the captain and “hostess”. I say "hostess" because I am not really sure what her role was. She helped translate some of the captain’s instructions but her english was also quite poor. She also did not offer any “hosting” services which I assume would include helping serving drinks. The captain was also not very professional. When discussing the route for the day, he did not offer many suggestions. So it was not until 1330 that we finally set sail. At one point, the captain was taking down the sails and as it was very windy, the rope whipped wildly from side to side. Two girls were sitting very close to the rope and both got hit by the rope which resulted in bleeding. The captain had not warned anyone to move. In fact, the captain seemed to care more about the welfare of the boat than his passengers. When we docked to swim after lunch, it was unknown to us that the water was filled with jellyfish. One girl got stung and immediately swam back to the boat. When she got back on board, instead of attending to her sting, the captain went to grab rags to dry the areas that she had walked over. There was no warning that this area had jellyfish despite the captain and hostess saying they come here often. The charter did finish later than agreed to make up for our later start in the morning. However the captain then asked us to wait for him as he wanted to catch a taxi back in to town with our group. In all, at best, the service was unprofessional and at worst, lazy and careless. Hi Fernando, I have just reread your original proposal which we both agreed on. There are many things that we did not receive, including: water, champagne, strawberries, snorkel equipment, paddle surfboard and corporate gift. Also, we had to pay 10 euro to disembark to the beach for lunch and another 10 euro to disembark at the end of the charter. This was also included in your proposal and should not have been paid by our group. Their response: Hello Andrea, I respond point by point to what you tell us, many of which obviously, we do not agree, I detail the answer of our captain and then I detail mine, do you think? Stewardess: that girl was finishing in another boat on Saturday, as she was free we decided to put her on the boat. So he stayed. She was not hired and cannot therefore be required to serve you drinks or arrange accommodation with you. His English also allowed you to understand each other very well. BRIEFING, the skipper explains absolutely everything: WC, levers, papers and napkins, the location of the fire extinguishers and the vests saves lives, it is taught in which cabin you have to put all your things and what bathroom to use, the management of the fridge, etc. Navigation from Cala Jondal to Salinas: motor and sailing. To the At the moment of picking up the Genoa, one who had sat upstairs was surprised by a corporal that brushed against her without obviously doing her any harm and less blood ... the captain asked several times if it hurt and always answered that it was not; You dropped anchor in Salinas where the food was organized. Food in the Malibu: you wanted to eat in Salinas in El Beso; I was full. Javier the boatman (GREAT FRIEND OUR) made the arrangements to take you to the Malibu, you were the ones who invited the skipper and the stewardess down, I have a lot of photos where you can see what you are enjoying with this charter. Malibu was full and the manager (also a great friend of ours) had the gesture of giving us a table in the best area of the restaurant since we had arrived with the service of the boatman Javier, they had more consideration. You didn't wait more than 15 min and they sat you down. In the order of what each one asked, they were informed that Sonia and the boss would pay what they consumed. You paid each one what in "theory" you consumed and in the end Sonia and the captain were missing to pay and it turns out that the waitress told them that they were missing about € 37 that you had not paid. They had to call you back and Sonia as a gesture of thanks to the treatment gave a tip of 10 euros to the staff on behalf of the table. Afternoon in Salinas: after eating you wanted to stay anchored and drink alcohol. You were divided between the net and the bathtub, some talking a lot with the crew in a very friendly atmosphere. Bath and jellyfish: The captain always warns that there may be jellyfish. But not anything next to each one !!! One of them bit very lightly on one finger and she didn't want us to help her. The other itched all over my leg. The The first thing the captain did was find out if there were any remains of the tentacles but nothing. He asked her to clean herself with water, and then she prepared an ice pack wrapped in a cloth. He spent half an hour with her while we made laughter and asked us several for tickets in Ushuai !!!!!! Carlos, Sonia's brother got you 4 or 5 I think for free, and not before 18:00 !!!!!!!! Return: Javier the boatman went looking for you. And then Sonia went down with them in Javier's dingui and went with them to the address of their respective houses. By the way, I told the captain that the one who is complaining (I suppose that you) thought the taxi was exorbitant and the difference of what Sonia did not want to pay to the taxi driver. Finally, I have a lot of conversations with the captain and a lot of photos with the captain where, not only do you not show to be angry with the captain, but where you speak in a very relaxed and happy way with the crew, and where you are very, very I am very grateful, I insist MANY PHOTOS AND CONVERSATIONS OF WHATSAPP THAT DEMONSTRATE THAT YOU SPENT IT FRANKLY WELL Regarding the costs of the boatmen, obviously, the boatmen charge for going down or going up to a restaurant, in most cases € 20, how were you going
Quite unprofessional, they tried to change the price for me hours before boarding the boat, they tried to modify the schedules because I warned in advance that we wanted to sleep anchored in Formentera and they wanted to change us and that we sleep in Ibiza (for that I rent an apartment). They directed me to 4 different people. The boat itself was perfect but the service and the tricks to get everything at your convenience was a real headache
We were very comfortable on Fernando's boat. Our boss, Miguel, was a very nice man and he knew the area very well.
Excellent day at sea in the south of the island of Ibiza and to "es Vedrà". Booking a Lagoon 380 but upgrade for a brand new 400 !!! Thank you to François, our skipper, who was very friendly and had a great time on board. To recommend.
Good day at sea to Formentera but crossing too long (more than 2 hours) because the catamaran is moving very slowly to the engine: it is unfortunately less time for swimming ... Very good advice from François, our skipper, for lunch at a restaurant on the island.
