Mandatory Extras: -Final cleaning: €250 (€100 on day charter) - Skipper: €200/day - Comfort pack: €250 (only with overnight stay) Optional Extras: - Luxury pack: Up to 6 pax €400, from 7 to 10 pax: €500 * COMFORT PACK INCLUDES: - Linens - Towels - Butane Gas * LUXURY PACK INCLUDES: - Airport-boarding area-airport transfers - Reception of the weekly purchase (to have everything stowed on board upon the client's arrival) This way the client does not waste the first day of the charter having to make the purchase. - Paddle surf board DINGY BOAT WITH FREE OUTBOARD. This boat is rented only with a skipper. In high and extra season only full weeks and in low and medium season also single days. The weekly charter begins on Saturday at around 4:00 p.m. and ends on Friday at around 8:00 p.m. An overnight stay on board the last night may be allowed, upon request and subject to availability. Deposit: €1000 P.S. Although the boat can sleep up to 12 people including the crew (using the bow hutches), that maximum number of people is only allowed if they are families with children. If the rental is for more than 8 adults without being families, that is, groups of friends, check prices and/or possible supplements. Pd II: Depending on the profile of the client and/or the number of people, the captain may be required to use one of the cabins. Pd III: POSSIBILITY OF EARLY CHECKING OR LATE CHECKING (BOARDING BEFORE YOUR TIME AND DEPARTURE LATER THAN THE USUAL TIME) CONSULT COSTS AND SUPPLEMENTS (ONLY FOR OVERNIGHT RENTALS)

Wish they were more clear about boat location which was so stressful but that said the captain Jermono was amazing and the trip was so fun. Everyone said it was the best part of the trip so far!
Fernando the skipper made the day, amazing and the boat was in perfect conditions and we had great experience. On the other hand the communication and the organisation from Natalia has been pretty bad for the following reasons: 1) she has not been clear how complicated would have been to park the car in the area of the onboarding, there’s no parking you have to invent it by yourself. No problem with it but a communication would be better. Also because of this we lost at least one hour looking for parking. 2) it was promised drinks and towels on board, and nothing was there. Luckily we brought our drinks and some towels but this was a big miss. Despite Natalia confirming multiple times they would have been on board. 3) despite the complaints Natalia disappeared, no refund for the missed services nor any effort to apologies or compensate.
The skipper made the day. The overall experience was pleasant but a few things we were promised on board didn't pan out. The boat was great but the service from the booking team, not so great. Improve the communication and it would be much better because at least people can prepare more. Value for money marked down because we had to pay for things we were told was included.
