No speedometer, no Garmin, so no depth sounder... the boat's a bit out of date, but Andy is very friendly. It's up to you to decide. Anyway, thanks for your welcome.

We had a wonderful afternoon aboard Kevin's boat; it was comfortable, clean, and very efficient on flat waters. Ideal for cruising from one end of the lake to the other and for sunbathing near your favorite beach. We highly recommend it, especially for the responsiveness of Kevin and his cousin. A very good first experience, my first boat trip after obtaining my coastal license. Good communication from Kevin and his contact in La Rochelle, Andy, even included a voice call the day before the rental to get everything sorted, along with advice and all the useful documents and information provided in advance. A beautiful boat, easy to handle and pleasant, allowing you to be quite comfortable despite the stress of leaving and entering the port. Be careful, as I pointed out to Andy, the magnetic compass wasn't working well during the trip. But with the GPS, depth sounder, etc., no worries, and in addition, the phone apps (I used Nav&Co (free) and TZiBoat (free trial)), you can have fun and explore the Pertuis d'Antioche in a really fun way! In short, I highly recommend Kevin's boat ;)

It was the first time I tested remote rental and we had a little trouble finding our bearings to implement everything compared to a rental on the port, nevertheless the boat was in accordance with the advertisement and the rental company was very tolerant and even invited us to anchor in the old port to do the extensions until the very end of the day. A few reservations simply on technical points: faulty cabin door, bulky life jackets, GPS not very useful and HS depth sounder, missing maritime chart, the fuel consumption also seems high. The rental company is serious in any case, I recommend it.
