Description of Philippe's sailboat
Sailboat Delphia 33 10m
Welcome aboard Tofino! A beautiful hull for this 10m sailboat that rivals its 11m counterparts. A sailboat that sails year-round, with family or friends, ready to go, comfortable, with its 1.95m headroom, large, bright windows, and pleasant in wetter weather thanks to its Webasto oil-fired heating system, which ensures a comfortable, dry temperature on board. The mainsail is fully battened, with the first two reefs taken from the cockpit, and the furling genoa is a very practical 100% overlap. Both the mainsail and genoa are from 2020. The staysail is hoisted on a removable forestay for close-hauled sailing when the wind picks up. And for those who love fast downwind sailing in light breezes, the BRAND NEW asymmetric spinnaker (with sock) is a real treat (sail, OPTIONAL). The oversized 30 HP engine is serviced annually by a LOMBARDINI engine specialist. Power was upgraded in 2022 with a 220Ah deep-cycle battery and a portable solar panel. The small 2.5 HP HONDA outboard motor (OPTIONAL) will propel the dinghy to shore (beware of the shore break on the beaches), but there are also paddles available. So, let's go! Head for Belle-Île, Houat, or Hoedic, or even Île aux Moines in the Gulf of Morbihan, or other islands like Yeu to the Southeast, or Groix and Les Glénans to the Northwest. Not to mention all the magnificent inlets and rias that line the coast. Southern Brittany is a true paradise for coastal sailing and for lovers of typical Breton ports or wild coves. Happy sailing, and please share widely. Philippe

Overall rating
I would like to have had gas in the gas lighter.
We had an excellent experience with Philippe and aboard Tofino. A detailed introduction, a friendly meeting, Philippe allowed us to leave comfortably and safely on his sailboat. Seaworthy, well-equipped, clean and safe: a rental that I recommend without hesitation.
Very friendly owner, attentive (not just Genoese), attentive and serious. Vigilant over the cleanliness of the boat and maintenance, which guarantees tenants an impeccable and very well maintained vessel. If we charter again in Brittany, it will definitely be his boat.
Philippe's boat looks like him. Everything is there for a family cruise in an area that abounds in sailing options. Tofino's anchorage is perfect and reassuring, the energy is perfectly managed, the sails perform well, the boat is sound. Tofino is not new but everything is there. Philippe knows how to share his passion, his good humor, and his good plans. Tofino and Philippe form the winning duo for a family program.
We spent a wonderful week around the bay of Quiberon, in Belle-Ile, Houat and in the Gulf of Morbihan with Philippe's boat. Everything was as advertised. The boat runs very well and is easy to maneuver. Philippe received us very well, he advised us, introduced us to the boat and the different possibilities available to us in the navigation region. Thanks again to him for his kindness and kindness.
Excellent welcome from Philippe the owner. Very clean boat, well equipped and well maintained. The asymmetric spinnaker we had booked was unfortunately destroyed the week before our charter. The sails are very recent and in very good condition, but the maneuvers are a bit difficult due to the undersizing of the winches. In compensation for the lack of spinnaker, Philippe graciously lent us the dinghy engine and offered us two additional free stops in the ports of the region. We had a great week with dream weather.
Philippe guided us perfectly for the presentation of the boat. This Delphia is a perfectly equipped, comfortable and seaworthy boat. A few problems with the anchor but fortunately without consequence and is part of the fortunes of the sea that can be encountered at any time... No problems with the maintenance of the boat which is there, Philippe is careful and it is up to us to take care of it. be too!
We had a very good week. Philippe is a very welcoming host, full of good advice, responsive and available when needed during the week. Boat well suited to navigation and well equipped (GPS with nautical charts, releasable forestay and staysail, easy reefing, plenty of storage available). A little extra: the loan of the stopover pass.
Tofino is a solid boat, well equipped and well maintained Very good welcome from Philippe, very responsive to solve some technical problems The spinnaker is essential downwind and in light winds
Tofino (the boat) is ideal for family sailing. It is very well maintained and well equipped for navigation as for life on board. Philippe (the owner) gave us all the time we needed to get a good grip and was always available for live advice. Thanks again Philip!
We didn't know the Delphias, it's a good surprise. With its new sails, Tofino is a pleasant, maneuverable boat (there were 2 of us), efficient (large battened mainsail). A lot of layout tips for more comfort of navigation and mobility everywhere. Communication went well with Philippe, who is attentive and accommodating so that everything goes well on board. He takes care of his boat and it shows. In short, a great experience, thank you!
Thanks to Philippe who took the time to show us all the equipment on the boat and how it works before setting sail! A great week with a comfortable and very manageable boat... we are delighted with this first experience with Click&Boat and we will not hesitate to come back to Philippe for a future rental. We recommend ;)
Thanks to Philippe for renting his sailboat to us. TOFINO is in very good condition, well maintained and well equipped. We had a great week in Quiberon Bay. Philippe gave us a warm welcome and gave us his good advice on anchoring throughout our stay. It is without hesitation that I will rent TOFINO again!
We spent a pleasant week aboard Tofino with 4 crew members. Excellent communication with the owner. The boat is very well maintained and comfortable, nothing is missing. New set of sails: a plus. I recommend !
An excellent cruise over two weeks, between the Glénans archipelago and the island of Yeu, in complete safety on Philippe's Delphia 33. Boat well maintained, compliant, good welcome, very professional, nothing to complain about!
Good communication with Philippe - good cruise
Impeccable, perfectly in line with the announcement, the spinnaker sock is great! The boat is very well maintained and the little extra is good advice of routes / anchorages for the navigation area.
I had a great contact with Philippe. His boat is at the top, very bulky and well thought out! Great surf in the currents of the gulf has more than 10 knots. We can count on the powerful 30CV engine! A DELIGHT !
Everything was perfect!
