This was my first boat rental, and everything went very well. The single-person towed buoy was a delight for the kids. It was perfect for a first family outing! The rental company was great; they even filled the tank for us. The engine might be a bit tight for those who prefer more power, but it was perfect for us!

We had the impression that the boat might be throttled back; 7 knots max. speed with a 70 HP engine is not much!

We were able to postpone the date one day earlier due to weather conditions. Good reception, the boat was compliant.

A bit complicated to comment! Cyril is very nice,… late for our meeting, he was able to make up for it. Regarding the boat; first rental for me, first navigation so very careful. Family walk starting from the port of Barcarès, towards the Parc des Dosses at a regulatory and family pace! : 5 knots We anchor at the cliffs of Leucate to eat. We then decide to head back south by sea and therefore take advantage of the boat's 70hp… and there… 7 knots Max all the way. We got back before the hour, explained the problem to Cyril with whom we refueled and he took the opportunity to test the boat… he only approved our statements! By mutual agreement, half a day should be offered as compensation... but to date the boat has broken down... No refund since we took the boat from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and we had to report it before (difficult by taking the Parc des Dosses at 5 knots and a good meal break) So how do we do it? The holidays are over ! So disappointed with the day and also disappointed with the Click&Boat system which has no possible remedy for this kind of anomaly. Basically I paid €250 rental + €80 gas for the equivalent of a boat without a license!
